 Home made White Sauce Veg Pasta


About Pasta  :



Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine 

Pastas are made using rice flour or legumes like black beans or lentils in place of wheat flour to yield a different taste and texture

Most dried pasta is produced commercially via an extrusion process, although it can be produced at home. Fresh pasta is traditionally produced by hand, sometimes with the aid of simple machines.

Required Ingredients  :



Elbows Pasta                           -  1  Cup

Chopped Carrot                        -  1/4  Cup

Chopped Beans                        -  1/4 Cup

Chopped Green Bell Pepper    -  1/2  Cup

Green Peas                                -  2  Spoons

Oil                                                -  3  Spoons

Black Pepper                             -  1  Spoon

Salt                                               - 1  Spoon

Maida                                          -  2  Spoons

Milk                                             -  1  Cup



Making  Process of Pasta  :

Steps to follow making of Pasta .


Step  1:

Take  3 cups of water in a bowl , 1/2 tsp Salt,1 tsp Oil and boil for 1 min,pour 1  cup of  Pasta into
the water..Boil for 7 Min.


                       


Step  2:


After 7 min take out the Pasta saperately









Step  3:


Fry all the Vegetables (Peas,Carrot,Beans & Green Bell Pepper)






Step  4:


Prepare the White Sauce Low flame :






Step  5:


Mix all fried vegetables & Pasta in White Sauce
