Healthy Home made Paneer | Cottage Cheese
Paneer is also called as cottage cheese in some areas of the world. It is a very healthy and only source of protein for those who eat only vegetarian. It is very easy to make with very somple ingredients at home. So home made paneer is very healthy and is used to make several varieties of gravies, curries and as well sweets. I hope you all will follow my recipe and enjoy this simple and healthy paneer.
Required Ingredients :
Milk - 1 Liter
Lemon - 1
Making Process :
In a sauce pan add a liter of milk and allow it to boil properly. When the milk starts to boil add
lemon juice depending on the quantity of the milk, like if the milk is more add lot of lemon juice to the boiling milk. Then immediately the milk starts to curdle and separates from water. Then boil for the while so the paneer gets hard and turn of the flame. Then strain the paneer to a different bowl and let it sit for a while to cool down. Once the panner is completely cooled transfer to an air tight container and store it in fridge. Enjoy the recipe.
