Grilled Chicken Tikka Recipe
Chicken is easy to prepare in a healthy way by grilling, roasting, sauteing, poaching, stir-frying and baking. According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, we should be eating lean sources of protein, including chicken. It is recommended to remove the visible fat and skin from chicken before eating to decrease unnecessary calories from fat. Required Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken - 1/2 Kg
Red Bell Pepper - 1
Green Bell Pepper - 1
Yellow Bell Pepper - 1
Red Onion - 1
Salt - 1 Spoon
Red Chili Powder - 1 Spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Curd - 2 Spoons
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
Oil - Spray
Keep In Fridge Over night.Next day pre-heat the Oven to 350 degree F.
Take wooden skewers, arrange in order
Keep the Chicken in Oven for 30 minutes.
Spray Oil & keep for 5 minutes
